Interesting Facts: David has served as pastor of Oklahoma United Methodist congregations in Ponca City, Altus, Arnett, Sayre, Shawnee, and Sallisaw prior to being appointed as Senior Pastor of Quail Springs UMC. He enjoys gardening, playing the trumpet, hiking, biking, and swimming. The title of his Doctor of Ministry project was "Jazz as a Lens for Theological Reflection."

Rev. Dr. Allen Buck, Pastor of Summit and Discipleship

Interesting Facts: Allen is a proud member of the Cherokee Nation, with his 5x Great Grandfather being Chief John Ross, who led the people during the Trail of Tears and beyond. In his free time, he is trying to learn the Cherokee language, study the history, and explore the spirituality. Allen loves music and enjoys attempting to play percussion. He enjoys coaching, golf, documentaries, concerts, bonsai, scuba, systems theory, reading, hiking, camping, comparative religion, and dogs. While a pastor in Locust Grove, OK, Allen served as a volunteer firefighter and chaplain for 7 years.

Family: Married to Raquel; father to Moriah and Izabella; dog owner to Baxter

Interesting Facts: Both Raquel and Andre are originally from Brazil and they both love nature, rivers, waterfalls and the ocean. Andre's family enjoys traveling, swimming, culinary, eating out and movies. After receiving God’s call into the ordained ministry, Andre has been blessed with gifts of prophecy and insight, which have helped him to connect to people at a deeper level.

Ben Conrady, Director of Communications and Summit Worship

Interesting Facts: Being a native Oklahoma Citian, Ben loves all things local - music, restaurants, and shops. His list of favorite artists is long, but those that top the list are The Beatles, James Taylor, NEEDTOBREATHE, All Sons and Daughters, Horse Thief (local), Chase Kerby (local), and John Moreland (local). Ben is also a doughnut connoisseur and will gladly recommend his favorite local establishments. Ben's full-time work is as a band teacher at Edmond Sequoyah Middle School.

Best Part of Your Job: "I get excited about finding new and relevant ways for people to encounter the Holy Spirit during worship through music, prayer, video, and interactions with each other."

Charlotte Christopher, Director of Sanctuary Music Ministries

Education: Florida State University - Bachelor of Music Education

Family: Mother to Kent and wife Melissa; grandmother to Emma and Samantha

Interesting Facts: Charlotte has 47+ years of service as a Methodist Director of Music Ministries, serving churches in Alabama, Georgia and Oklahoma. She has also done extensive work accompanying, performing, piano teaching, and has 22 years experience as a music educator in public and private schools in Atlanta. She has composed works for choirs, including several children’s musicals, especially when serving 12 years as a director and music teacher of a preschool.  She also has many years experience as a music camp director and as a Center for the Arts director.

John Staton, Accompanist & Handbell Choir Director

Interesting Facts: John's favorite hobby is gardening. His full-time work is as the Choral Department Manager at Pender's Music in Oklahoma City.

Becky Hobble, Director of QS Kids

Education: Oklahoma City University - Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood/Elementary Education

Family: Married to H.E.; mother to Daniel and Katie; dog owner to Petey the Wonder Dog

Interesting Facts: Prior to her work at QSUMC, Becky taught Early Childhood and Pre-K for twelve years in Wichita, KS and Edmond, OK. She is the granddaughter of a Methodist minister and is proud to say that everyone in her family is a singer (even Petey)! In her spare time, Becky is an avid reader.

Eirinn Sutphen, Director of Summit Springs Youth

Family: Married to Adam; Mom to Nattie, Brannon, and Rory; pet owner to Cyrano and Oscar

Interesting Facts: In her spare time, Eirinn is an avid reader, a complete goofball, indulges in television, is an embarrassing in-the-car-dancer, loves to sing, is passionate about social justice, enjoys discussions on politics, theology, and psychology, enjoys skating and swimming, and is an unpublished children's book author. She is also a member of the OK Chapter Board for the the Huntington's Disease Society of America, and is an advocate for HD awareness, as it affects her and her family directly.

Best Part of Your Job: "I love that I get to combine some of my passions, be creative, and help change this world for the better. The youth are each so amazing, and I love that I get to help encourage and challenge them on their journeys both through life, and their spirituality. I get to use my gifts to help others find their own, and have fun doing it - how amazing is that for a career?!" 

Jeanine Randall, Director of The Early Childhood Program

Interesting Facts: Jeanine and John love to travel. They try to visit England often to see family and refresh John's accent. New Orleans is also a favorite destination. Jeanine likes to read historical fiction and enjoys all kinds of music. Spending time with family is her favorite pastime. She is passionate about the education of young children. Before coming to The Early Childhood Program at Quail Springs, Jeanine taught Pre-K in a private Edmond preschool for 22 years. 

Best Part of Your Job: "One day a parent asked one of our two-year-old students what she had learned that day. The child grinned and enthusiastically replied, "I learned that Jesus loves me!" That is why I come to work every day!"

Cecilia Sharp, Director of Outreach & Connections After School Ministry

Family: Daughter to Norma, who is also a member of QSUMC; pet owner to a very smart Schnauzer, Cowboy

Interesting Facts: Cecilia is also a substitute at Crossings Christian School 5th - 12th grades and was a teacher in Putnam City Schools for 30 years. She enjoy traveling, cooking, baking, reading and teaching Cowboy new tricks.

Best Part of Your Job: "I enjoy this job because I get to do fun and exciting activities with the Angie Debo kids. I also get to work with wonderful people."

Linda Hagan, Administrative Assistant

Education: University of Louisiana/Lafayette - LA (English Literature); Millsaps College, Jackson, MS - Licensed Local Pastors Course of Study Completion

Family: Mother to Chance Airport and wife, Stefanie; grandmother to Camille; pet owner to Chihuahua, Chavez

Interesting Facts: Linda had a former career in banking. She loves to participate in foreign missions, and served as Local Pastor in Louisiana Conference until retirement in 2014. Linda also loves spending time with family.
