Family: Married to Kinsie; father to Patrick, Henry, and E.V.

Interesting Facts: Rev. Tate's favorite thing to do when he is not working is to spend as much time with his wife and kids as he can. Before he went into ministry, Kris worked full time in politics. Kris tells his friends from that time in his life that ministry is his penance.

Best Part of Your Job: "I truly want two things in my professional life; God's best for everyone and to make a Christ-like difference in the world. What I love the most about ministry is that it gives me an opportunity to do both."


Rev. Jen Logsdon-Kellogg, Associate Pastor

Education: Perkins School of Theology at SMU - Master of Divinity, Oklahoma City University - Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Philosophy

Joined the Staff: June 2017

Family: Married to Gene; mother to twins Elise and Zachary; pet owner to Doc (Great Pyrenees/Lab mix), Twix (the 20 lb bobtail cat), Oreo (black on the back, white in the middle), Jupiter (the dam cat - rescued at Denison Dam)

Interesting Facts: Gene and Jen both grew up in Ada and started dating in high school. Before entering the ministry, they started and ran an electrical contracting business together.  Jen loves to read, and also loves to spend time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring. She aspires to be a gardener. Gene and Elise are fabulous cooks, and Zac and Jen like to eat, so that works out. The Kellogg family enjoys the mountains and they go to Colorado every year. 

Best Part of Your Job: "I love people and I love to tell people how much God loves them. There's always more to say about Jesus and love."


Jared Shrewsbury, Director of Communications and Facilities

Family: Girlfriend Jennifer; parents Mike and Debbie; sister Jordyn, dog Dallas.

Interesting Facts: Jared enjoys OSU football. He loves the outdoors and wants to retire on a ranch by the lake.

Ben Conrady, Director of Summit Worship

Education: University of Oklahoma - Bachelor of Music Education; Master of Music Education

Joined the Staff: January 2016

Family: Married to Miriam; dog owner to Jack

Interesting Facts: Being a native Oklahoma Citian, Ben loves all things local - music, restaurants, and shops. His list of favorite artists is long, but those that top the list are The Beatles, James Taylor, NEEDTOBREATHE, All Sons and Daughters, Horse Thief (local), Chase Kerby (local), and John Moreland (local). Ben is also a doughnut connoisseur and will gladly recommend his favorite local establishments. Ben's full-time work is as a band teacher at Edmond Sequoyah Middle School.

Best Part of Your Job: "I get excited about finding new and relevant ways for people to encounter the Holy Spirit during worship through music, prayer, video, and interactions with each other."


Charlotte Christopher, Director of Sanctuary Music Ministries

Education: Florida State University - Bachelor of Music Education

Joined the Staff: January 2004

Family: Mother to Kent and wife Melissa; grandmother to Emma and Samantha

Interesting Facts: Charlotte has 47+ years of service as a Methodist Director of Music Ministries, serving churches in Alabama, Georgia and Oklahoma. She has also done extensive work accompanying, performing, piano teaching, and has 22 years experience as a music educator in public and private schools in Atlanta. She has composed works for choirs, including several children’s musicals, especially when serving 12 years as a director and music teacher of a preschool.  She also has many years experience as a music camp director and as a Center for the Arts director.

Best Part of Your Job: "I love having the opportunity to work with all ages, sharing and teaching music to praise our Lord."


John Staton, Accompanist & Handbell Choir Director

Education: Southwestern State University - Bachelor of Music Education; Master of Music Education

Joined the Staff: December 2003

Family: Dog owner to Kaluha, a large chocolate lab

Interesting Facts: John's favorite hobby is gardening. His full-time work is as the Choral Department Manager at Pender's Music in Oklahoma City.

Becky Hobble, Director of QS Kids

Education: Oklahoma City University - Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood/Elementary Education

Joined the Staff: October 2013

Family: Married to H.E.; mother to Daniel and Katie; dog owner to Petey the Wonder Dog

Interesting Facts: Prior to her work at QSUMC, Becky taught Early Childhood and Pre-K for twelve years in Wichita, KS and Edmond, OK. She is the granddaughter of a Methodist minister and is proud to say that everyone in her family is a singer (even Petey)! In her spare time, Becky is an avid reader.

Best Part of Your Job: "I love the enthusiasm that the kids have for learning, experiencing, and sharing the God's love."


Jarod Conrady Director of Summit Springs Youth

Family: Married to Kelli McKay-Conrady, Father of Keelie and Jonah (Cousin to Ben & Miriam)

Interesting Facts:  Jarod was raised in Edmond and graduated from Santa Fe HS in 2001. He enjoys spending time with friends and family especially in the outdoors. Jarod has been involved in youth ministry as a volunteer or paid staff for 10 years and has a passion for helping young people create and grow an authentic relationship with Christ. Jarod enjoys movies, video games, board games, golf (disc or ball), as well as camping, fishing, and hunting.

Best Part of Your Job: "I enjoy being part of the very special time in a young adult's life when they learn to claim their own faith. Each student has unique experiences and background within our group and I get to be part of that each week as they share their lives with one another." 


Jeanine Randall, Director of The Early Childhood Program

Education: Oklahoma City University - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Joined the Staff: July 2013

Family: Married to John; Mother to Jessica, married to Jeremy, Caitlin, married to Tyler, and Emily; Grandmother of 3

Interesting Facts: Jeanine and John love to travel. They try to visit England often to see family and refresh John's accent. New Orleans is also a favorite destination. Jeanine likes to read historical fiction and enjoys all kinds of music. Spending time with family is her favorite pastime. She is passionate about the education of young children. Before coming to The Early Childhood Program at Quail Springs, Jeanine taught Pre-K in a private Edmond preschool for 22 years. 

Best Part of Your Job: "One day a parent asked one of our two-year-old students what she had learned that day. The child grinned and enthusiastically replied, "I learned that Jesus loves me!" That is why I come to work every day!"


Cecilia Sharp, Director of Outreach & Connections After School Ministry

Education: Oklahoma State University - Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education; Master of Science in Counseling

Joined the Staff: September 2016

Family: Daughter to Norma, who is also a member of QSUMC; pet owner to a very smart Schnauzer, Cowboy

Interesting Facts: Cecilia is also a substitute at Crossings Christian School 5th - 12th grades and was a teacher in Putnam City Schools for 30 years. She enjoy traveling, cooking, baking, reading and teaching Cowboy new tricks.

Best Part of Your Job: "I enjoy this job because I get to do fun and exciting activities with the Angie Debo kids. I also get to work with wonderful people."


Linda Hagan, Administrative Assistant

Education: University of Louisiana/Lafayette - LA (English Literature); Millsaps College, Jackson, MS - Licensed Local Pastors Course of Study Completion

Joined the Staff: February 2017

Family: Mother to Chance and wife, Stefanie; grandmother to Camille; pet owner to Chihuahua, Chavez

Interesting Facts: Linda had a former career in banking. She loves to participate in foreign missions, and served as Local Pastor in Louisiana Conference until retirement in 2014. Linda also loves spending time with family.

Best Part of Your Job: "My favorite part of my job is the interaction with the church members."
