Fair Trade Sale

You can make a world of difference by purchasing fairly traded coffee, tea, and chocolate at QSUMC. On the second Sunday of every month, we are supporting small farmers and bringing people together with our Fair Trade table sales. Plus, a portion of your purchase benefits Missions at QSUMC.

Spring Caroling Mission

The Sherpa Fireside will be leading a mission to the Edmond Health Care Center. The mission is to lead residents in singing Spring and Summer themed songs. Participants will meet in the lobby of the center and singing will begin at 6pm.

After the singing, participants will mingle with the residents and share God’s love. That’s the best antidote to the isolation and loneliness the residents deal with on a daily basis. After this, any participants that wish to will reconvene at Johnnie’s Restaurant (2 doors to the West of the center). The back rooms have been reserved for us to have food and fellowship.

Youth May Day Basket Fundraiser

This year, our Summit Springs Youth Group will be making May Day baskets as both a fundraiser and an outreach opportunity. The baskets will not only contain flowers and candy, but the note inside will be a message of love and welcome from QSUMC! The youth will be selling these baskets before and after each service on April 30th, perfectly timed to be passed out on May Day (May 1st) the next day. Buy a basket for yourself, and/or to pass out to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors ... the possibilities for these anonymous gifts of love are endless!

Green Tea Brunch

  • Quail Springs UMC CLC

All are invited to attend our Annual Green Brunch. The recipient of our “green” offering will be the New Day Camps, held each year for children of incarcerated parents. The speaker is Ellen Lyons, who served as a counselor for the first time at last year’s camp. She believes in what she is doing and wants us to believe in it too!
